Rodolfo Gonzalez, Esq.

Rodolfo leads the trial team at Gonzalez Law Firm. Rodolfo has recovered millions of dollars for his clients through jury verdicts, settlements, and arbitration awards.  Rodolfo is passionate about personal injury and dedicates thousands of hours towards perfecting his craft. Rodolfo has trained at several trial colleges throughout the country and takes the time to understand and perfect every aspect of trial from voir dire and opening statements all the way through to direct, cross examination, and closing. Getting to know a client’s story is vital when taking a case to trial. As such, Rodolfo takes time to really know the person whose story will be told to the jury.  

Rodolfo’s unique background makes him a strong advocate. As a U.S. Navy veteran, Rodolfo has the discipline and dedication to fight for justice. Moreover, growing up in East Los Angeles made Rodolfo cognizant of the frustration, despair, and concern of everyday working people who do not have the resources to get justice. Rodolfo received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and Law Degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.

Francesca M. Resch, Esq.

Francesca M. Resch is a certified Family Law Specialist with the State Bar of Nevada and has been practicing since 2013.  Francesca obtained her bachelors degrees in Political Science and Drama from the University of California, Irvine.  She then moved to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  After graduating Francesca was a Judicial Law Clerk for a Family Court Judge in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.  Francesca is a skilled trial attorney and graduate of the National Family Law Trial Institute in 2017 where she worked directly with nationally renowned forensic, business, and child custody experts.  Due to her experience and knowledge, Ms. Resch spoke for American Institute of Certified Public Accountants at the Forensic Valuation Services Conference and the Expert Witness Skills Workshop.  Prior to partnering with Gonzalez Law Firm to run the family law department, Ms. Resch was a partner at Naimi & Cerceo, where she worked side by side with fellow specialists, as well as Fellows with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. 

Steve Jimenez, Esq.

Steve is an attorney practicing civil litigation and family law. His passion for helping others stems from the support and guidance of the community on his path to becoming an attorney. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and then earned a Juris Doctor degree from William S. Boyd School of Law. During his tenure in law school, Steve served as the Vice-President for La Voz and also Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, representing part-time students. Steve also served as the Legislative Extern for the Nevada Hispanic Legislative Caucus during the 79th (2017) Legislative Session. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Latino Bar Association. As an active member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Steve has attended and volunteered at multiple National Conferences.
